These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Content Learning Platform, operated by Australia Young Leaders Academy Co., Ltd.. Please read them carefully.
1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Content Learning Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3Course Enrollment & Payment
Enrolling in a paid course requires successful payment through one of our supported payment methods. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Enrollment unlocks course content only after payment is confirmed.
4Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued once you satisfy a course's completion requirements and successfully complete identity verification. Certificates are non-transferable and remain the property of the issuing institution.
5Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including sharing account access, redistributing course content without authorization, or attempting to disrupt platform security. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6Intellectual Property
All course content, branding, and platform software remain the intellectual property of Australia Young Leaders Academy Co., Ltd. and its educators. You may use course materials for personal, non-commercial learning only.
7Termination
You may deactivate your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
8Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Australia Young Leaders Academy Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
